STYLEBOOK / INTERNAL CHAPTER

Drawer rules for the clerk who has six minutes left.

These notes govern devnet drawers: what counts as proof, what pays, what waits, and what Pica refuses to verify.

01

Open A Drawer

Fund the drawer, write the brief, name accepted post types, set the cutoff clock, and appoint a clerk if the creator is sleeping through close.

02

Bring Proof

A clipping needs a source URL, screenshot, timestamp, platform mark, and one dry note about why it matters. Pica does not pretend to verify the whole internet.

03

Stamp The Pile

Keep pays. Hold waits for evidence. Bin records the miss. Duplicate scraps stay loose so the tear sheet can say what was not paid.

04

Lock The Tear Sheet

Closed drawers publish accepted clippings, binned count, payout totals, cutoff time, source links, and one editor note. If it made the spike, somebody got paid.

NOTARY LINE

Wallets are payout pouches, not profiles.

Phantom, Solflare, and Backpack sign drawer actions. Hardware-USB wallets stay off this desk. Mainnet addresses are not invented; planned token presence is marked as planned.

Blue clipping spike pin through paper layers.
